Concert Photography

When I make the selection for a concert photo shoot I always have the same surprise. None of the pictures made in the first ten or fifteen minutes seem good enough to be worth keeping in an album. The shots start looking decent only when the band warms up and the public begins to resonate with the music. I like to think that I am able to feel that (almost) magic moment and I am able to catch on camera that energy the artist injects into his audience.
